The full syllabus for this tier, thirty five pages of it. Each carries a status note saying whether it has been through evidence verification and consultant review. Chapter 0.6 is closed until the features behind it exist, and its certificate sits at the end of 0.1, because a teacher can award that one today.

How this tier is governed
Section 0 carries rules the other tiers do not. They are binding, not aspirational.
Rules for this tier
- No commercial content. No products, no supplements and no clinical services anywhere in Section 0. Marketing to minors has no place in an educational brand.
- No clinical advice. Every symptom page closes by pointing the reader to a parent, a teacher, a coach or a doctor. No doses, no self treatment, no rehabilitation prescriptions.
- Privacy by design. Minimal data, no behavioural advertising, high privacy defaults, and parental consent where an account is offered.
- Moderation first. Questions and leaderboards are moderated before they appear. There is no open chat and no direct messaging for under 18s.
- Plain English. Chapters 0.1 and 0.2 target a reading age of 12 to 14 and pass a readability review before publication.
- Safeguarding sign off. A named lead approves outreach and any content that features an identifiable young person.
